I went down to Eric Huffman’s new surf shop in San Diego on 1091 West Morena Blvd. known as Bird’s Surf Shop. It is next to the Arizona Tile building but is a little tricky getting into the correct lane to park in front. It is well worth the trip to the shop. It is an old very large corrugated Quonset style building. He has mounted a vast collection of unique surfboards with great history on all the walls and curving up into the ceiling. It makes for a unique experience. I will be taking some of my old surfing history photos there.
