It is raining in Cayucos today but I went out in the rain to take photos. First I went and used the underside of the pier for shelter. The tide was high and the surf was up. Then I went up one of the country roads and found a weathered farm to take photo of and try to stay out of the weather. The power lines were taken early before the sun rise. It power going through them made my tripod hum and you could feel it in your fingers on the camera. I was worried that the vibration would effect the long exposures I needed. I could not tell from the images if there was any effect on the camera or the exposures.
