Photography in Paradise

peeking from behind the sensor

So far this has been the best year ever in San Diego for Fall colors. With more rain than usual and very chilly days the local trees are showing some intense colors.
The drive to Cayucos this morning in the rain was even colorful. The roadside was showing the leftover wild flower stalks that have turned red and the trees are golden on the hillsides with some green grass already coming up. The storm clouds over the ocean and the low tide made for great vistas.
I’ll be out in the rain for the next 4 days before driving back to San Diego. This storm series is going to last until Thursday.
